And instead of generic one-size-fits-all trays, teeth whitening at our Chehalis dental office uses customized trays made using impressions of your teeth. The result is trays that conform closely to the contours of your teeth and reduce sensitivity because it keeps the gel on your teeth and away from your gums.
We will instruct you to wear the trays every day for about an hour over a two-week period. Though the at-home process takes a little longer, you can expect to see a brightening of about six shades at the end of the two weeks.
