Convenient Location
Our office is located conveniently on SW 13th Street, across from the Chehalis Pool. We are close to many school districts including Chehalis, Centralia, Napavine, Onalaska, Adna, Winlock, and Rochester.
We are open Monday-Thursday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Insurance
We are in-network with Delta Dental and Regence. We also treat many patients with other insurance plans that we still accept and process the claims on your behalf.
