Does my insurance cover this work?

Dental insurance is an important benefit, and we want you to get the most out of your coverage. As part of every treatment plan, we will review your insurance and estimate what your out-of-pocket expense will be.

Every policy is different, but most have “100-80-50” coverage, which means preventive and diagnostic care like exams, cleanings, and x-rays are covered at 100 percent; fillings, root canals, and other routine services are covered at 80 percent and at 50 percent for crowns, bridges, and major procedures.

Dental insurance rarely covers the cost of cosmetic dental treatment. But many restorative procedures like fillings and dental crowns improve your oral health and your appearance.

Andrew Cole DDS

Dr. Cole was born and raised in Chehalis, WA. After graduating W.F. West High School in 2007, he went to Centralia College for two years, then transferred to Washington State University Vancouver where he received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in 2012. He went on to complete a Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Washington in 2017.
